BSA Update 12/23/21 - PLEASE VOTE

Hello,

We are writing to you tonight with an update on your case against the Boy Scouts of America in the Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Delaware. The voting deadline on the current plan of reorganization is 4 pm ET on Tuesday, December 28th. We strongly encourage you to cast your ballot in the next few days to have ample time to get it to Omni. For more information, please see the video below.

If you have already completed your ballot, thank you for voting.

If you do not vote, it does not prohibit you from participating in this process including any money damages that may follow this or a future plan's ultimate confirmation, but we do encourage you to vote.

Always remember that this vote is yours and yours alone. If you have any questions about what this plan means in terms of you and your individual case, please contact us by replying to this email, emailing me at , or calling us at 800-777-4141. Also, if you have plans when voting about what areas of the ballot to fill out, please email me directly.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read through this email. Here at AVA Law Group, we wish you and yours a bright holiday season and a very happy new year.

Sincerely Yours,

Andrew Van Arsdale
